Works well, in a small space it does the same work as a slow cooker. Love it!

I bought this in order to thaw turkeys for Thanksgiving, and not only can the temperature not be set below 77F, but it won't display the current temperature. Utterly useless for thawing. Also, it's loud. Poor quality and the engineering was not thought out. Do not buy.

It works fine. Does the job. BUT, it’s way, way too noisy. The family can’t stay on the kitchen. The motor hums relentlessly. I put silicone trivets under the pot to mitigate that vibrating noise on granite. If the wand touches the pot, look out it’s even noisier. I put another silicone trivet(from LeCreuset) between the wand and pot to avoid them touching. The noise just makes using it a pain. I figured I’d pay the premium price for an All-Clad.

I purchased an All Clad Sous Vide Immersion Circulator perhaps 2 years ago. For the past 4 times I've used it, it would beep when I plugged it in and then go dead. After several tries, it would work. Tonight it beeps on a plug in, but goes dead and stays that way after perhaps 50 tries. It has been used perhaps a dozen times and now will not work. I'm extremely disappointed.

Bought this sous-vide stick expecting quality and used it maybe 10 times before it stopped working for mo apparent reason.

I bought it a little more than 2 yrs ago with very light use. It just stops working for no reason. It keeps giving me an error message that the water is low even it is not. Buyers beware!

Loved this product for several months, good controls, nice power output and quite precise. The impeller shaft stopped turning at one point and I was able to free it up manually until it stopped working completely. Assembly is impossible to open to gain access to the motor/shaft coupling and replacement parts are not available... only full assembly of unit replacement is available but not before August 2023. I tought All-Clad build quality equipment and componants that would at least be reliable and servicable. Huge dissapointment, definitely do not recomment this unit for these reasons.

Falls completely apart right after the warranty is up…. I would definitely look for another brand that is built to last and higher quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This immersion circulator cooks meat so perfectly! I cooked chicken breast in it! I put butter and spices in the ziplock bag! After the meat was done I tossed it on the grill just for the smoky flavor! The meat was the most flavorful meat and so tender it was unreal! It fell apart and shredded perfectly!
