Wood Furniture Style Crate with 2 Doors

Really love this dog crate. I’ve been waiting to get a wooden crate for my dog and had a hard time choosing because the reviews. Upon getting this item, I inspected the wood and the metal bars. They are all sturdy and created perfect for a dog who has been crate trained. It works very well for my dog. He is a Pomsky and weighs about 25 pounds. My dog has been crate trained for 2 years and doesn’t scratch at the metal or wood. I think this will hold up well. The reason I am giving It 4 instead of 5 stars is because on the double doors there is a latch that can be screwed on to keep one of the doors shut. The company has mark four small holes to screw in the latch. Unfortunately, the holes do not line up and I could only get 2 screws in. Thankfully I did managed to get one screw at the top and one at bottom. Aside from that there are a few minor pieces with chipped paint.

I think this is a nice crate it was easy to put together and my dog likes it.

Im moderately pleased with this kennel. It looks so much nicer in the living room than a standard wire crate. It was a royal pain to assemble, I started on my own but needed help getting the last few steps to line up correctly. It is not exactly indestructible, if you have a pup thats super anxious about being crated they could definitely do some damage. Our little guy has clawed away some of the white scalloped edge at the bottom of the door, exposing some of the manufactured wood. The fitted pad that comes with looks nice and is fairly well padded. Came home one day to find our dog romping in a sea of foam after he destroyed it. Overall its decent, Id feel better about it if the price were lower and the assembly easier.
