Upon opening, I immediately noticed a small hairline crack down the side. It works but it's kind of a bummer to be paying on something that's starting off already kind of degraded. We had an event that we needed to have this up and running for so I'm sure I could have gone through the return process, but that was more trouble than its worth. Again, all in all it's okay but I'm worried about how long it will last.
