Nice electric fireplace but we had 2 issues: 1. Box & packaging sustained considerable damage before delivery . See photos. 2. We bought the almost identical fireplace in 2009 from the Amish Fireplace people. The insert was by Heat Surge & the fireplace lasted 11 years with no issues. This fire place has controls that are difficult to work. I have yet to get the remote to adjust the temperature to my satisfaction. It is confusing & just not user friendly.

I like the fireplace, but it is small. If you ordering keep in mind it is only 27” tall. Very short. Other than the lack of height it’s beautiful.

Good little heater. Not too noisy. I have mine placed at the top of the stairs and the heat pushes out to both floors the way I want. I originally had it in a family room and the room was heated perfectly. Love the timer setting
