I love it! It looks like realistic logs during the day. And in the evening the glowing embers and flame effect look very realistic and amazing. I’m do agree with others that the crackling sound is not realistic so we don’t turn it on. The other thing we did was place a small metal can (altoids can) under the back side to lean it forward a little, so the flames shoot higher. That is a personal preference though.

We absolutely love it! It’s so much better in person than we thought it would be and especially for the price. The flames look so good and we love the fact that it has a remote control. I would highly recommend.

Honest opinion from a picky customer. Super easy to use. Looks extremely realistic, especially if you have a fireplace screen pulled closed. VERY REALISTIC. Has a sound option that's sucks. 1 star there. I would 100% buy again. Great buy. I'd say so if it wasn't.

Well this is entirely pleasant! Very easy to set up, just get it out of the box and plug in. Make sure to measure your fireplace well. The projected “flames” are hilarious. It makes a noise while blowing the heat comparable to a quiet fan but not annoying.
