The fireplace is cute, fit the existing fireplace great and was the right price. Great for people with no-functional wood burning fireplaces.

I love this product. I hate wood burning and this product is so realistic that it provides all the benefits of a wood fire without any of the negatives. The heater portion has helped raise and/or maintain my house temp without making my heat pump overwork.

I love everything about the fireplace but when you have it plugged in, it has a little hum noise.

So easy to install and it looks so real. I just love it!

This works wonderfully and looks good. The only thing I didn't much care for were the "clicks" that were supposed to simulate the crackling of wood in a fire. The heater function was great.

We love the new electric fireplace, after finally retiring our wood burner that never drafted well. Very realistic flames and glow. The heater portion is just right for our family room on a chilly night. The only minor complaint is the unrealistic clicking to simulate the crackling fire, but it’s easy to turn off. All in all, we would certainly buy it again and recommend it.

I love this so much that I bought 2! The ONLY reason that I gave it a 4 star is the sound. This is not a deal breaker because you can turn the sound down or off. I love the flame effect as it reflects off the interior of the fireplace. So many great features.
