The light isn't bad but the way the manufacturer packages it is a major problem! I received my first light quickly and the package appeared undamaged but when we opened it the shade was broken. I called Wayfair and they quickly shipped a replacement. Again the shade was broken. When I inspected it I realized that they pack it directly against the light fixture so that when they ship it it rattles and breaks the shade. I let Wayfair know and they shipped me out a new shade wrapped very, very well and it arrived unbroken. Lesson don't but this light but Wayfair has hands down the best customer service!
