Well today Ms Penny made me aware that I was being charged full price for used merchandise and that I cant return it and I still have to pay for it. I am done with wayfair bought 3 to get the size I needed and cant return them Be careful people they are selling items that are being returned scamming

Works great and haven't had any issues with this product that we've had for about a year now. It was easy to assemble. We did not try the remote, so can't comment on that aspect of the product. We just use the button panel, which works well.

All in all, this is a good screen for the price. Support from Elite Screens is great! The only reason I docked a star is because if there is a good amount of airflow in the room, the screen gets a little wobbly from the air behind the screen. My next screen purchase will likely be a fixed screen for that reason, as we usually just leave the screen down all the time anyway.

This is a great buy. My husband loves it on his media room. The mechanism is smooth.

My order came just as promised. I was a little disappointed that there was no installation instructions in English, however it was an easy installation. Great product.
