I'm disappointed! I specifically called you before ordering to make sure these items were waterproof, to make sure the soil could be added directly into the planter. The rep told me yes, they were ready for soil. I get the order and find they are just planks of material so I don't see how they can hold water and soil. The first box I opened was so full of dirt that I got frustrated and didn't even assemble it. If you can send me liners or something that will hold dirt and water inside these things, I will consider changing my review as the concept is just what I need.
