These napkins are supposed to match Damask placemats I also bought, and while they are the same pattern, the placemats are thick and of good quality, while these napkins are thin and feel cheap. I washed them once, precisely according to the directions on the attached tags, and I already had to cut off strings before using them. Also, I like to fold napkins in different ways and use them with napkin rings, but these are just too thin to stand up on my dinnerware. They look okay from a distance, but I would never use them when having dinner guests due to their cheap look and feel. I’ll keep them for my use only, but I’m already searching for better-quality napkins to use with these placemats. Unless you’re in need of some thin rags, I would recommend you don’t buy these.

Napkins are absolutely lovely. Bought them to match my table cloth. They are thick and beautifully colored.
