It arrived in a large box, which was delivered inside my house. The assembly was a bit time-consuming, taking about a couple of hours, but the instructions were clear enough to follow. The chair itself is quite comfortable with a sleek design. The 4D massage feature and Zero-G function are nice, offering a decent range of motions and a feeling of weightlessness. However, the intensity of the massage could be a bit stronger, and the heat function doesnt get as warm as Id like. Overall, the chair is a good addition to my home, but it doesnt fully meet the high expectations I had for the price. It’s not bad, but there’s room for improvement..

Not as expected given all the bells and whistles on their description. I wish I have tried it first. Look around and actually try it first before spending this much money. Delivery was disappointing too. They canceled the first try last minute after waiting for more than 4 hours. Driver never respond to my call and text. Tracking is useless.
