The massage table arrived damaged with visible rips in the faux leather upholstery. This is unacceptable for a product intended for professional use. The damage was present right out of the box, which suggests poor quality control and inadequate packaging. A massage table should arrive in clean, intact, and client-ready condition, and this one did not. Very disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.
