This is regarding the delivery. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Wayfair to specifically give them instructions for the driver to put the boxes in a specific place just to the right of my driveway. The Wayfair associate on the phone assured me that the boxes would be put in a specific place so they couldn’t be stolen.However, the driver completely failed to do that and left the boxes out in the open where they could’ve been stolen. What was more frustrating is the surveys they left for me were inaccessible so I couldn’t even leave feedback on the independent outsourced delivery company.

Very impressed with the quality of this gazebo! I do hope it holds the snow load as advertised. Make sure you have a day to construct this gazebo and have an extra set of hands to help erecting the frame.

The boxes were received in excellent condition and came promptly. BRAVO!!!

A sturdy and great looking gazebo for our backyard. It took some effort to assemble with two people but the end result is worth it. It has withstood strong winds in the area with zero issues. One potential thing to watch out for: we had wasps trying to build a nest inside the tied off curtains in the summer, so either keep the curtains open or just monitor and handle accordingly as with any outdoor furniture.

Almost done building it by myself. Instructions aren’t great and some parts are flawed (edge clips). Quality seems great for the price !

The gazebo is exactly what I wanted as far as design, however the color isn’t as specified- stated that the frame was dark grey , but it’s almost black, the roof was stated as light grey and is almost white, roof color is acceptable but the frame was disappointing being black and not grey
