Order was well packaged, arrived timely and without damage. Ceiling lamp did require assembly. Each glass ball had to unwrapped and added at the appropriate point on the metal frame. Instructions were clear and assembly was simple but took a bit of time considering the number of glass balls. Installation was straightforward. It provides soft light which is what I was looking for. If you are looking for bright, book-reading light, I don’t think this one is for you. I was worried it would be too large for my space but it worked out perfectly. I only dropped a star because you can see the metal frame between the glass globes and I had hoped the frame would be completely hidden. Overall happy with this light and would recommend.

I was looking forward to having this up, it looks cute but some parts show spaces which I wish I could fill and also it was a pain to install (I’ve installed many lightschandeliers before but this one was stressful)

Nice piece on your ceiling. It looks so amazing and different. It brightens the living room giving it a gentle cool light that is not overwhelming.

I wasnt sure about this light fixture and putting it together. I like how it is brighter than the manufacturer picture and provides great light in my newly created office space. I like the way it looks overall and recommend for a stylish accent to any space

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL! I did break a couple of the balls. They are glass not plastic. I installed this myself. Nice and easy to say the least. It looks really good in my basement and doesnt dim the light too much! I love this
