Wish I could give no stars. Removed the glass front to add the rocks provided. The metal screen, for lack of a better word, had been duct taped in place from the manufacturer and had come loose and was now in the unit crooked and had a large dent in one corner. I could not get the metal out of the unit to put in correctly so I am stuck with it. Unit does not work probably due to the poor construction. I am home bound and cannot get out to return the unit or I would. I mean really what manufacture uses duct tape to hold their products together. I will never purchase another Oren Ellis product. The manufacturer Northwest should be ashamed to send out a product with such horrible construction. The fireplace is a fire hazard as when the piece of metal heats up the tape holding it in place would melt and could possibly cause a fire. This product is useless

Love my electric fireplace. It is just for show, no heat comes out of this. We live in Florida and don't need heat. M6 husband built a beautiful wall and made a mantel. It looks beautiful. I finally have a beautiful fireplace.

This fire place is modern, sleek, contemporary ,elegant.....everything. it has no heat so no fear of unwanted potential flame or fire damage. Quiete and remote operated I love it. True to description will purchase again to replace another model.
