Craftsmanship is very good, no zipper problems. The materials are cardboard and felt, the bottom is hard no cushioning.

Its cute! My dog is slowly getting used to it.

Disappointed. Very poor quality and materials.

It is exactly what is pictured, unfortunately my dogs just don't seem like it. The zipper seems strong and decently made however I took off one star due to a weird smell in the fabric. Nothing smelly just strong smelling fabric kinda like a chemical and had to be aired out for a week or so before I let me dogs try it.
