Bristow 66" Landscape Electric Fireplace by Real Flame

Beautiful! This exceeded my expectations for an electric fireplace. Multiple heat and flame settings that are quickly learned by using the remote a few times. However, I highly recommend getting the pro assembly, if not make sure you are assembling M-F 8-4 CST when RealFlame is open. I’m no stranger to assembly and this was very hard. The instruction manual has been modified but isn’t right. Fortunately for me I had a contractor at my house and he brained through the final steps. I completely recommend this but have someone else assemble it.

Love this. Hired someone to put together and took just over 2 hours. Looks great in my living room.

The fireplace fails to effectively warm up a 350 square foot room because it does not generate the heat described in the product description. Most of all the cost of this product versus the quality is very disappointing when the goal is to create a warm and cozy environment and it does not. The only purpose this product serves is its pretty to look at.

We absolutely love it are happy with how the product turned out. I love that you can have the flame on without the heat. It has many colour options for the flame brightness levels for the logs. It was relatively easy to assemble the mantel as all pieces were numbered. I would recommend a second set of hands when fastening the fireplace to the mantel.

It looks great, however the assembly took so much time. Easy steps but there are tons of them. One piece of wood cracked. There is a misalignment between the holes of the mantel and the fireplace. So i am waiting to order a handyman to make new holes.

This has completed our master and brought the warm/cozy feeling it was missing! Flames look so real and it puts out a great amount of heat when desired.

It came damaged, and it came in 3 different boxes. 2 boxes came one day, than had to wait 24 hours for the 3rd package. That one was damaged.

This has to be one of the most well packaged assembly required items Ive ever purchased! The outside of one of the boxes was damaged when it arrived, but there was no damage to the actual pieces inside the box. I was able to put this together by myself in about 3.5 hours. Note The hardware pieces all come in one bag, so I recommend taking the time to just sort everything into piles and label them to match the instructions page. There are no words on the instructions - it is all pictures, but just take your time and follow step-by-step, and it all fits together perfectly! The fireplace insert is really nice - you can adjust the flame lights, brightness, use with or without the heat. It looks beautiful and Im very happy I made rhe decision to purchase it!!
