Beautiful fireplace, however the top mantel cracked after the 30 day warranty.

Beautiful piece. Heater works wee. Wood splits in the mantel shortly after purchase. They sent a new piece but have still had same problem.

Oh what a beautiful addition to our family room, placed between bookcases and this item fit and matched the colors perfectly. Was able to decorate and add christmas feeling upstairs as well as downstairs.

Beautiful and easy to put together

Its gorgeous - and HUGE!! Like seriously huge lol, the mantel is MASSIVE! Its exactly what we were looking for, colour is very nice. A lot of work to put together but worth it!

We received a Gunnison electric fireplace from Wayfair. For the price we paid we certainly are disappointed. There were splits in the wood, slivered and peeled wood, as well as a chip out of the base. We did put it together since all packaging had been disposed of, and didn’t want to deal with shipping it back. Again I am very disappointed with this purchase. Please see attached pictures. I just need to send you follow up photos. I know we agreed to the 20% refund with Wayfair. Boy oh boy, sooo disappointed in this Gunnison electric fireplace mantel. After using this for about a month and a half, the back of the mantel top is splitting the whole length. Tonight we heard a loud pop and found the front seam of the mantle split the whole way across. Once winter is over we will be trashing this piece. What a waste of $1000 for seniors on a fixed income.

My son in law just put it together today , went together easy he did it by himself didn’t take long at all, it’s beautiful fire place worked great so yes today the first day it’s beautiful I love it just want I wanted

Amazing! It is even better than I expected. Our only little negative is that one of the decorative pieces on one side was a little too high so our top would not go down all the way. It is not noticeable so not a big deal. You won't regret the purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. For an electric fireplace it is very pretty and solid. It didn’t take too long for me and my boyfriend to put it together and the instructions were easy to follow. It’s a great addition to our living room. Definitely recommend this.
