Tejon 52" Slim Electric Fireplace by Real Flame

This electric fireplace is perfect. Assembling was not difficult. Exactly what the description says.

I love it. It works great, looks good in my space. However, I had a hard time getting some of the pieces to fit together. There is a small gap where I wasn’t able to connect a piece. It was slightly too short and screws wouldn’t go in. I had to hammer the top on, because it was slightly off. The TV above the fireplace in picture is a 55 inch.

Assembly was easy, and I am very impressed with the look of it. Its perfect for my chilly sunroom

My 1-star review does not reflect the quality of this electric fireplace. In fact, Im very pleased with the quality and the ease of assembly. My complaint is with Wayfairs price policy. Heres what happened. I ordered this fireplace late Thursday night, January 16th. Price was 613. The next day, January 17th, I happened to check Wayfairs site and was surprised to see that the price was now 528. A 85 price drop in less than 24 hours. Since my item hadnt shipped, I called customer service to see if I could cancel and reorder at the reduced price, OR would they credit my account for 85. Neither was an option, as I was told a FedEx tracking number had already been assigned, and Wayfair doesnt have a price match policy. Seems to me a price match would be if I asked them to refund the difference if I found the same item for less at another store. The best he could do is offer me a 10 off coupon for a future purchase. So... bottom line, while Im pleased with this purchase, Ill be extremely hesitant to make any high dollar purchases from Wayfair from now on.

Absolutely beautiful!! Perfect wish I would have bought sooner

Finished my living room making it feel balanced and warm. Evenings are now so cozy sitting in front of it with my favorite show on the television about the fireplace.

We really like this item, it looks good i the space. I was hoping the logs would be a bit more realistic.

Received numerous compliments, heats well and the flame colors are beautiful.

Excellent protective packaging...everything arrived with no damage. Mantel and surround went together very easily. All of the parts aligned well with one another and the instructions were very straightforward and simple to follow. So far pleased with the quality, fit and finish.

Everything was incredibly well wrapped, no scratches or little imperfections and the company seemed to take great care in overall quality. The flame looks really nice and natural, amazing quality wood and product. Put it together myself in an hour, instructions are very easy and straightforward. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is for some pieces the screw holes just do not line up at all, and there’s no way to secure the piece, but it was only a few of them and they’re sandwiched in pretty good so I don’t think it’s going to impact the ‘secureness’ of anything
