Wall-Mount or Recessed Electric Fireplace by Real Flame

We love the fire place, looks so expensive and the flame looks natural and real

Nice faux fireplace. Gives off good heat. You can change the color of the flames and the color of the rocks.

Would love to give this 5 stars but for a few issues. One - why include the rocks? Waste of materials because they look horrible in the unit. And the glass looks ok but it doesn't all fit because it falls down in front of the logs and just doesn't look good. And lastly, the unit makes a clicking noise that is so irritating. If the noise was not there the rest would be easily overlooked. But I had a custom wall built around it by the time we figured out it made a noise. If someone can help make that go away I would be super happy. For now I'm annoyed.
