OK, here we go. Went thru a LOT of gazebos before deciding on this one. I had built a permanent gas fire pit so the size of the gazebo was a big deal. Settled on this one after exhaustive research regarding the size in the title and the actual size of living area. Then as we targeted this particular model, we found that the pricing varied extremely across the internet. Making sure we compared apples to apples, Wayfair had the best price by far, beating some websites by as much as 40%! Shipping was extremely fast. All of the pieces were present and fully in tact, with extra screws provided. I took my time building it in stages because we weren't sure if we were going to use the very top piece or not, total time about 5 hours. I am 55, in pretty good shape and did it myself. The engineering of the structure makes it more solid than the metal pieces provided (a little thin). I Scotch-Guarded the entire top for longevity (hopefully) and secured the structure to my concrete via wedge anchors. Distance from outside post to outside post is 131.5" (at the base). Material is somewhat flimsy but should be strong enough for a couple of years (mild weather area). Looks fantastic, lots of compliments, wife and I are pleased with the purchase. UPDATE - 6/2020 - the weather where we live is mild. Always between 55 - 75 degress. No Snow. Moderate rain. Limited wind. Gazebo 3ft from a building and 10feet from 2 fences, so lots of protection. The top is ripped on three seams, about 1/4" each. We are looking for warranty info or if we can even get a replacement top, stay tuned. UPDATE 10/1/2020: I have exchanged communications with Sunjoy for 3 months now. To date, they have yet to offer a replacement canopy for this model, even for purchase. They keep pushing me off with, "As of the moment, we haven't received any update as to when can we have this available". The canopy is ok but not long term, even with seasonal removal. It will wear out at some point, ours in a little over a year, and in very mild weather.

So disappointed! I have made so many purchases! Even from others who decided they didn’t want their purchase! Love Wayfair! With this purchase I feel we were cheated! They say it is 12x12 but that is on the outside not the inside! So my current furniture does not fit! The price was not cheap but I have to say the Gazebo is! After putting it up you could see it had been previously used returned! The screen has multiple holes in it! I’m so unhappy. All of the zippers get stuck! Definitely used! Top doesn’t meet!
