Worked great for 2 years used sparingly, now having issues with the heating element after heavy use. Easy to install by 1 person. The info stickers on the machine states there are no serviceable parts…EDIT- went ahead and took it apart air dusted all the components feeding the heating element and she’s working like a charm again. Note the intakes etc. were not hardly dusty at all so it didn’t take much for it to start tripping with a mild amount of dust, but it was a relatively easy fix.

Bought several years ago and so happy with this. Fire looks nice and really heats our basement living area well. We use it all the time in the winter. Control of temperature and a few visual options are nice and make it easy. Overall great quality
