Ordered but was sent menorah with no bulbs. Ordered replacements and bulbs came last winter. Opened to prepare for Hanukkah only to discover only 8 bulbs. Beautiful item but many issues

Dented and scratched! I only initially noticed the dent which I was provided a partial refund when I noticed the scratch I was told to return it, but they didn’t have any anymore, so I’ll just keep it dented and scratched
