These trees are beautiful. My first set of two arrived bent. I immediately contacted customer service via e-mail. Their response was almost immediate. Two new trees were shipped and I had them three days later. The entire customer service staff could give all other merchants lessons in how to offer the most outstanding service. I will definitely purchase from Joss and Main again!
