Ordered a size medium and it is very big but our dogs love it and the quality is excellent. It looks custom made for our kitchen area

After waiting for over a month for this to be delivered and paying over 2000.00 I’m extremely disappointed in the quality. The bars are crooked the drawer won’t stay closed on the one side the boards on the top are separated and loose. This is some sort of high school shop project that failed. Delivery guy was great that’s about all. Do not buy this product poorly made beware.

It’s beautiful but came broken. Looks like the bars fell right out from the bottom. Very disappointing as this was expensive.
