Purchase two different bonsai, they were both nice but this one came with the taller vase, which looks great

So pretty! Looks great with my five foot tree. The texture of the vase is gorgeous, better than expected!

Perfect for our outside deck

We were very excited to receive this tree for Christmas , but our expectations failed , yesterday we received this tree and we're extremely disappointed, first, the package itself looked very bad like it was rudely handled, the pot has a huge, fat crack all the way , and on top of it , we discovered most of the leaves and braches of the tree are off . Not cool . We have bought a brand new house and very excited to decorate our home in near future , we have already ordered more furniture from your site that's are coming soon and have many other ideas to buy from your site, but now I feel really scared what to expect and get dessapointed again since your delivery service disrespectfully does their job , very bad first time experience:(
