This shatterproof snow globe features a silver base and a red velvet ribbon to hang. It is absolutely beautiful whether it is lit or unlit. Caricature scene inside globe measures approximately 2" x 1.75". The LED light operates on a cycle of slow changing lights (red, blue and green, which produces a variety of colour mixtures), which migrates to a fast flashing cycle. This repeats three times (one minute) before it turns itself off. Ornament has a slide switch to fully deactivate the lights, otherwise it activates upon shaking.
Side elements of the cartoon scene are intentionally cropped to create a snapshot in time nostalgia feeling.
