The box it came in was perfectly fine, so nothing got damaged during shipment. But one part was put on backwards for the legs, my boyfriend luckily knew about these things or id never figure it out, and one of the poles to hold the net on was completely snapped off so that was a bit of a let down. I couldnt send it back because it was my kids "Easter bunny" gift and how would that have looked? lol but it seems to be fine once I taped it and stuff... Overall the trampoline is great quality and relatively simple to assemble. It would be wise to have a helper to get the frame assembled as the bars can be a tight fit but I find this to be a sign of a sturdy frame so this is a plus. The only minor issue I found was that the safety net had a few stitches in it where there was obviously a thread or two that were repaired.
