we purchased the armoire because we had a very tight space and this was the perfect size for our room. DELIVERY: excellent, quick ASSEMBLY: instruction manual was easy to follow, and all pieces were in the box PARTS: two parts came damaged, the long trim piece for the front (not usable) and top cover piece has small dent(not ideal but can live with it) REVIEW: even though there were issues with the quality of the pieces, i am giving this 5 STARS because the service was exceptional. Wayfair service rep was very empathetic to my situation and promptly provided me with manufacturer contact info. Sauder representatives were also very understanding, and effective at helping me resolve my problems. As of now, i am waiting for the trim piece to arrive by mail, and with the help of Sauders customer service, i was able to adjust the gap between the doors and now the armoire is almost perfect! even though the product itself came with some defects, the customer service was exceptional.. The armoire is fantastic. Love it. It's a solid, big piece that I have no doubt will stand the test of time. For the armoire itself, I'd give 5 stars. However.... When I purchased it, I also purchased assembly, which was a good decision. It's not an easy piece to put together and needs a couple people at a few points in the process (to flip it, to stand it up, and to move it into position). All of that being said, I would NOT recommend going through Wayfair's assembly partnership with Handy. When I purchased the wardrobe and booked the assembly, I chose a day and time. Then I got an email from Handy with a different day and time - which were before the wardrobe was even scheduled to be delivered. When I tried to reschedule the appointment, there were numerous tech glitches. It was finally resolved so the assembly would happen after the piece arrived. However, Handy or Wayfair (I have no idea which) figured it was a 2-hour job, so only scheduled the person for 2 hours. Thankfully he was available to stay until the job was done (3.25 hours), but it was also challenging to make sure Handy actually paid him for the full time he worked.
