I am very pleased with the look & quality of chairs, however upon opening the first box & removing the first chair, I noticed there was a 1+ inch slice in the vinyl seat, at the back. I reported the problem & will be receiving a replacement seat by May 4th (about 2 weeks). The reporting process was quick & easy & hopefully all will turn out well.. Janice. Very nice chairs, sturdy and beautiful. They look like real chairs and like not foldable ones, which adds points for me. Nobody will fight over the "real" or foldable ones at get togethers!
