The first one we received had a dentchip out of the corner - we’re guessing from the shipper - due to the box being dented and ripped in the same spot. We were pretty disappointed, but I contacted Wayfair in writing via their messaging service and they shipped a new one to us - which arrived in perfect condition, so we sent the first one back. It’s a really nice bench - the wood is smooth, well finished and a beautiful colour. We haven’t installed it yet, since it’s for a new build - so no pictures unfortunately - the shower is 48”, so the 36” size should be perfect.
