Have been wanting one of these for my dogs for quite some time and decided to give it a try. They love it and we have been using for a few days now since it has arrived. I will outline a few pros and cons on this purchase: Pros: Appears sturdy, hand brake is an excellent feature, price point was fair, quick to assemble, will be used frequently in our household Cons: instructions are not that great, don't get a lot of replacement slats, no matter the level of the feet and wheels this is always on a slight incline. I have a handy hubby tho and we will set the back legs on solid blocks to level it to be straight across. I also will point out that Wayfair customer service is not great to deal with. This item went on sale quite significantly literally two days after my purchase and they do not offer price matching/adjustments on any of their items. It would've been such a hassle to purchase at the lower price wait for the shipment all to ship the 100lbs package back to receiving the new one and then a refund so I just didn't bother.
