The horse is great! However, the black plastic inserts for the springs were poorly designed. They should be better glued or screwed in before leaving manufacturing. The springs popped out while my 3yo kid was on it and she got hurt. Not fun to cry on Christmas. I hope it didn't terrify her from riding it again. The title is incorrect. It is not a rocking horse. The picture is accurate. The whinny and galloping sound are good . I found no flaws in the stitching/construction. I inspected very carefully as the horse, wrapped in a plastic bag, came in a large box without any packing to prevent damage to the neck or legs.
