The towel heater works well and heats up quick.
The issue comes with the installation part of it. The bottom right mount has 2 holes: 1 for the mounting screw and 1 for the wire. The problem is that both holes are about 2-3mm apart. If you drill 2 holes with that distance from each other in the drywall, it will tear, creating one big hole and the mounting screw won't hold anymore.
We had to cut the drywall and place a piece of plywood behind, then put a new drywall and skim coat the entire wall, so that it doesn't look patched.
