This table is the perfect size for our one year old. It is small, but we expected that. We haven't used the umbrella yet so I can't speak to that. One thing to note, though it can store flat, to set it up you really need to click things in place and kind of hammer them down. Sturdy furniture peice, my daughter loves it. It does get skuffs easily on the flat surface that’s dragged around on the floor with particles, as it can be used in different directions, but I expect it to be beaten up.
