Update one winter came and it collapsed into our car from a snowstorm. It came rather quickly considering the shipment originated in Walnut, California. Some parts were dented but this is to be expected from all the transfers it had to go through. We were able to bring them back close to their original state, no biggie. Although some of the paint coating peeled off so we might have to spray paint it to inhibit rust. It was fairly easy to put together. All of the parts were labeled and the instructions and the install video were very helpful. It took two of us at least 3 days to complete including the concrete footings the posts are anchored into. The sleeve anchors that came were a little flimsy and only came with 6 pieces, but each post has 4 holes so it should have been 24 pieces. We just purchased a sturdier sleeve anchors and made modifications to the post base to fit in the concrete footing. The carport sways side to side a little bit. I might have to add a horizontal bar from the left post to the right in the front and back and see if that will help. Overall, pretty good and happy with our purchase. I received my order ahead of schedule and was happy with the delivery. 4 boxes in total. All boxes appeared well made and protected. Up on opening the 4 boxes I noticed that one of the boxes containing the roof panels had possibly been dropped and dented the corner of the panels. Approximately half the panels had damage to the corner of them. I was able to bend the corner flat again with pliers. I was also able to hide the damage on the corners of the panels by layering them strategically. Aside from the damaged roof panels everything else was intact and really well made and laid out. Construction and installation of the shelter was easy and straightforward. All in all I’m very happy with the quality and design. Roof brackets were missing so spent 50 and ran all over town trying to find replacement as someone was in the middle of building it. Multiple pieces damaged. Have been trying to resolve this with the manufacturer, I’ve first been offered 30, than 50 discount. Meanwhile that just covered the parts i bought, now I have two cracked roof panels and a few damaged spots. The instructions were also VERY unclear as where to place things that were important later during the instructions so lots of taking apart pieces and putting them back together.
