Pleased with the quality of the songbird thermometer I ordered at the beginning of June but did not receive until the end of August but not happy with communication from and customer service provided by Wayfair. This order was delayed three times (no reason was ever provided for the delays). After the third unexplained delay, I learned indirectly that this item was now on sale, so I contacted Wayfair requesting that they adjust my invoice accordingly as my account was still outstanding given the item had not as yet been shipped. Wayfair did not respond to my request for an invoice adjustment. The next thing I heard, after waiting approximately three months, I received notice that the item was shipping and I was charged full price despite the fact that it was now on sale.
