A simple serviceable kitchen basic that will do everything from roasting small items, to making brownies. The glass looks robust and I'm impressed by how smooth it is. So far I have cooked salmon with a ginger soy and maple syrup sauce, and old English flapjacks made of oats and maple syrup. They turned out fine, but I used a little oil to avoid sticking. I purchased the dish to replace one I bought in another country that has similar dimensions and is also made of that toughened glass.
