Bought this bed for my very elderly Mom, she loves it which makes me happy. We especially love the option to lower the legs on the bed to 8” makes it so much easier for her to get in and out of bed. I love this my adjustable bed with message. Not only can you lift your head up you can also lift your feet up and messages both at the same time. The message is also on 3 timers. Especially the remote. Has everything you need on it at your figure tips including 2 USB plugs on base. I felt like a queen. I suffer from chronic pain and fibermyalgia. I also have the 12 inch Mattress included in the base deal. I was nervous that I might be to low to the ground with the base. Absolutely NOT!! It’s higher than I imagined as well is a 12 inch mattress enough ABSOLUTELY IS. the mattress is firm feeling but you mold into the foam as well. We took mattress out of box and in no time started to inflate right in front of my eyes. By dinner time it was fully ready to use. Also I adjusted the box up just a little, my husband said I never snored either. Lol!! Best sleep I had in a long time. I would recommend this product. Both we had no issues installing. We have had our Classic zero gravity bed for about a month now. It was very easy to set up took approx 15 minutes. To this point in time we are very happy with this base everything is working like it is supposed to and as the reviews state it does make for a much more relaxing and comfortable sleep. I find it keeps me from feeling stuffed up during the night by raising the head up several inches and also helps stops that feeling of indigestion when u eat too much late at night. We got it for a great price at Wayfair compared to the local prices with all the features u really need. A couple small things that would make it a little more convenient would be to have a least one USB port on each side of the bed. The message function is not that great possibly would be more effective if there were two motors on the top and bottom parts of the bed rather than just one side Also I have tried to find out if there was an app for iPhones to use as a remote control for the bed or if I could even purchase an extra remote for my wife’s side of the bed or have as spare in case our remote gets lost or broken with our grand children always trying to get their hands on them whenever they are visiting. To date it appears there is no way to get an extra remote or replacement remote so hopefully nothing nothing happens to it Bottom line is we really like this purchase and hopefully it will last a long time with no issues I would give it a 5 star rating if I could get information on how to get a spare remote at a reasonable price but it seems like that may not be an option at this time so I have given it a 4 star at this time .. This bed is so comfortable! And the adjustable frame works so easily, I love all the settings and different positions it can be in. Two things to note the frame is extremely heavy, it took 4 people to set up. And the bar at the end of the frame which is to keep the mattress from sliding down periodically pops out and needs to be popped back into place. Otherwise this bed is perfect! Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Despite a minor discrepancy on the website, customer service rectified the issue in record time and to my satisfaction. I purchased a split king ESHINE E3100 adjustable bed frame with mattress and it included all the options we were looking for except the phone application (sad face). The Okin motors are really quiet (the cats don't even flinch) and the mattress is as comfortable as some of the most luxurious hotel beds, I have been fortunate enough to sleep on. I am a little over 6' foot, weighing 245 pounds and to me, the mattress feels like a 5 out of 10 on the firmness/plushness scale. My entire body sinks about 1½"-2½" which is perfect for me. My wife is about the same height-to-weight ratio and loves the comfort just as much as I do... This was our first purchase at Wayfair, but certainly not our last.... Christopher Parsons.
