I was worried that the stool would be damaged based on the condition of the box but it was is perfect shape. Its an incredibly stunning, solid, and fully assembled piece of furniture. The slope of the seat is very comfortable and is a great height for sitting or to rest a foot while shaving. That said, I havent used it in the shower yet because I bought it for my new condo which is not yet built. I will interested to see how it holds up to moisture and repels mold. We were originally looking for storage solution for our tiny powder room with a pedestal sink and after looking at so many options, this was it! It fits in the corner under the sink perfectly for the storage space we needed. We love it so much we bought it for the upstairs bathrooms as well. It fits so nicely and perfectly in the corner without getting in the way and provides just the perfect amount of that storage needed while looking beautiful!
