way too heavy, lid is very hard to lift, im not young anymore, not able to change seal is extremely worrisome and not good for cooking as i use different coloured seals for different smelling foods ie curry, lemon, oatmeal, beans. seals absorb smells and ruins you next meal. this does fit on my countertop but to open it i have to move it to a table!!! not good..
