I air fryer is good. The delivery was bad. The order was delivered to a distribution centre, instead of to my door. So, I had to drive to the distribution centre, several blocks away after the notification came saying it was delivered to my door, leading me to believe the order was stolen or misdelivered. Then told by Wayfair, to wait up to 3 days for it to turn up. Finally, FedEx notified me that the order was sent to the distribution centre. Extra time, extra gas and effort. Were massive fans of Kalorik and have purchased multiple air fryers from them over the last several years as well as for my mother as a gift. Amazing products. Our last air fryer ended up being a Ninja Foodie XL just because we needed one right then and there, and there were no Kaloriks available near us. Absolutely garbage. Didnt even last us 6 months, which brings us to this purchase. It arrived damaged with a large dent in the bottom and seems as though its repackaged already. It came with a random bag on top with tape all stuck to the bag and the papers. Still gave a 4 star because thats not Kaloriks fault, and based on product usage, they definitely deserve 10 stars.
