In spite of the styrofoam packaging and fully wrapped parts, this came with scratches galore, and guck on one of the caps that doesn’t come off properly, even scrubbing with soap. I can look past the odd scratch but this is pushing it. I’m convinced I paid the sale price for a new product and received a used product instead. It does appear to hold the weight advertised. threaded holes and clearance holes were painted over and screws wouldnt align.... had to file them all out .... the connection is flattened on one side and the inner connection wouldnt fit into it.... had to try and bend it out .... took way longer to build than it should have ... seems everything we buy here has broken pieces and is not easy to put together at all .... thank goodness my husband is a machinist.
