The portable basin is good and works as it should but I was missing a very important screw and they had some pieces that was not in the direction booklet. This shampoo unit has a beautiful large ceramic sink and I like that it can be hooked to both the wall or the floor, but I kept running into issues with this particular shampoo unit. 1). The sink base had a structural issue so I couldn’t set the ceramic sink on it and had to wait for a replacement part. 2). Next, we had trouble with the hose not having anything to connect it to the drain pipes so had to buy new parts hose. 3). Then realized the spray faucet leaks and couldn’t be fixed with another hose or washer since sizing is custom. I needed to buy a new spray faucet. 4).
