They are great! With one of the 4 shelves we had a slight issue, as others have mentioned, with the 2 rails not being mirror images of each other. L-brackets were in different spots and didn't line up with the template holes. We did manage to fix it but did take us a couple of attempts. But even with that, we are ordering more for the rest of the kitchen. One does lose some space but that is made up by having easy access to the back of the bottom shelf of the cupboard. The Rev a shelf pull out kitchen looks beautiful in my custom cabinets. Checked out others online but this one is super durable and has a beautiful design…matches the interior of my maple cupboards. The only issue I have is with the shelves. I ended up not requiring all the shelves that came with it. Actually didn’t make sense for it to come with so many shelves.
