We ordered and installed seven of the shelves in our kitchen. As is typically the case when dealing with installing something new, the first shelf took the longest (about 25 minutes) while we figured out how to fine-tune the alignment. But, after that, it was a breeze. And what a difference. No more being down on hands and knees trying to see what is at the back of the cabinet and moving stuff around. We wish we had installed these years ago. High quality from a family owned company that takes pride in what they are doing. • Custom-made in the U.S.A. to clear cabinet opening widths

They are great! With one of the 4 shelves we had a slight issue, as others have mentioned, with the 2 rails not being mirror images of each other. L-brackets were in different spots and didn't line up with the template holes. We did manage to fix it but did take us a couple of attempts. But even with that, we are ordering more for the rest of the kitchen. One does lose some space but that is made up by having easy access to the back of the bottom shelf of the cupboard.
