A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. Form and function come together in this sleek range. The touch controls and edge-to-edge smooth-top cooking surface all bring a sophisticated and modern look to your kitchen. A precise air convection cooking system uses a third heating element with a reversing fan to ensure even cooking no matter where you place a dish in the oven. Ranges allow you to control your oven wherever you are.

With ribbon heating elements, the heat comes from brightly glowing elements positioned beneath the smooth surface. Even heat is directed straight up to the pan for high-speed heat-up.

We picked out the oven/range we wanted, a gas top with electric ovens. It arrived on time but near the end of the installation process, the installer told us that the item had gas ovens. By this time we were already into almost $500 Canadian for a gas tech to fit the conversions kit and connect it up. I tried to call someone at Wayfair to discuss the replacement and financial issues, but was unable to reach them. I have been told by email that I have to eat the wasted installation costs, despite that it is clearly Wayfair's fault. This is pretty poor customer service - I pay for their mistakes. Absolutely awful and likely the last time I will use Wayfair!. Debbie. NS. Wed Nov 09 2022

the range itself is fine, oven works, stove works. Wayfair was pretty terrible. first they gave me a delivery window, so i scheduled my contractor after the window, and the range didn't arrive until a full week after the last day of the window so i had to reschedule the contractor. Then it arrived without a power chord (CHeck this if you are buying for canada the spec says POWER CHORD: YES), so i contacted them, annoyed because the powerchord itself costs $25 dollars but getting an appliance person to install it is $200, and i wasn;t about to try to install high voltage electronics on a stove myself. i asked for them to reimburse me for the tech's time, and they said no, i asked for contact for a tech who would service this brand (there aren't very many) but they said they couldn't. They said they could send me the chord in the mail for 2 weeks from when i complained. I said fine. One week later they sent an email saying the "replacement part i requested is not available" so they cancelled it. terrible service, has cost me hundreds of dollars extra and 3 weeks more of having my kitchen without a stove. Would not purchase an appliance on wayfair ever again. this was an awful experience.. Fiona. Wed Mar 12 2025

It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. Not a big deal, but they should fix that in the future.. Jessica. Silverdale, WA. Sun Jul 05 2026

The cooktop has two different element sizes and alerts you when the cooktop is on and is too hot to touch. This frameless drop-in cooktop has easy-to-use controls that make it easy to select cooking temperatures and options.
