Happy with my purchase! The floor mat came in a flat cardboard box (not rolled up like the ones meant for carpet), and is a hard plastic material. One side is very smooth, while the other side has some texture to provide some grip for the wheels. When buying this mat, I knew it was going to be slightly large for my space so I've tucked it under the feet of my desk. Doing this hasn't created an issue with the desk being levelled.
