This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. Statement Piece! I’m very excited about this chandelier! The metal bars assembled very easily, but the globes were a little tricky on a few (some would get just the slightest bit crooked and you would have to back it up and start over). Very nice looking pendants but very small too. You would definitely need 2-3 minimum One pendant alone will be too small for any space. Much smaller than I anticipated. Very nice lamp! Even better than I envisioned. When you receive the lamp it comes apart, not too difficult the put the pieces together. When tying the wire Simply inside the lamp be sure to have them all touching the main wire to assure the lampshade have the light up with the same brightness.
