Product is nice. Well-made. Easy to assemble. The order tracking information, was horrible. Major misinformation. Tracking info changed constantly. With unnecessary delay notices. Plus notice that package arrived when it had not. Order contained four boxes. Order page shows five boxes. Lol.. Jeremy. Maine. Sun Sep 27 2026

First time buying a couch off of Wayfair for our new home. Was very skeptical as I’ve seen and read many reviews on many other sectionals and sofas. This one caught my eye because of all the great reviews it had. Took a chance on it and all I can say is if you’re thinking about buying this couch. GO FOR IT! I have absolutely no regrets. The couch was so easy to assemble and each one is very light as I can pick up and move on my own. We get many compliments on color and how comfortable it is. Very happy with our purchase on this one.. Gabriela. Thu Oct 08 2026

The loungers are VERY short. I’m 5’5 and seated my feet go over edge. So not great for tall ppl. Not much of a lounger tbh. I love it other than that, To return they want to charge over $100!!!! I wish I could find matching seats to add on however the ones I ordered were not even a close match :(. Anonymous. Tue Jun 30 2026

Handsome from all angles, this piece features soft velvet upholstery to make it an easy fit in any room. This modular piece can be combined with other items in the Cozy collection to create the seating group of your dreams. The cushions on this piece are exceptionally comfortable and filled with fibre for the luxury that you deserve as you rest and relax.

Very soft to the touch, very cozy! Getting the peices to attach is a little bit tricky, but it’s not complicated whatsoever. Just the couch doesn’t have a lot of room underneath so it’s hard to see what you’re doing. But it’s very cozy, love this navy blue color. Super nice you can move the ottomans or attach them if you’d like. I was afraid it was going to be too low to the ground, but it’s perfect. It doesn’t cut off my room because the couch is too high. Going to enjoy this couch for a long time. Nyah. Carrollton, GA. Fri Feb 16 2024

This couch is amazing. It’s extremely comfortable, fluffy so you can flop but firm so you don’t sink in. I did a lot of research finding this couch, and I’m so glad I picked this one. It’s not too low disputing what some reviews say. It’s soft, the material is durable, and it was really easy to put together. I got it on sale for 50% off and it feels like a $1500 is suppose to feel so only getting it for $800 feels like a total steal. I would recommend this couch to anyone. We were able to sit on it and fall in love as soon as we built it and it just got better and better. I sit on it every chance I get and will definitely be buying for latitude run again. Also delivery was perfect.. Nichole. Saint Petersburg, FL. Thu Jan 08 2026

This sofa comes in 2 boxes vacuum sealed so it takes a good week for it to become truly unfolded and crisp. Their photo makes it more crisp than what it actually is, but it's still decent. As you'll see, I split it up to be 2 seating areas which is really nice. I wouldn't use this as a living room couch - the back isn't that high to make it that comfortable to sit in and it's very hard as you can see by how square it is. It's perfect for afternoon naps and secondary rooms - I put it on my office. The number of pillows is really nice - great to work with in terms playing around with how to set it up as it's pretty versatile. It's also a very black black, not a grey-black like the Wayfair photo looks.. Maureen. Hortonville, WI. Mon Feb 02 2026
